Teresa Pacelli works primarily as a client advocate for the 3rd largest Insurance Broker in the world.  She acts as liaison between the insurance company and client concerning claims, loss control and coverage issues. She has over 20 years of experience as a Claims Consultant for both Property and Casualty,  in many industry classes including hospitality, manufacturing, retail, transportation, casinos and assisted living.

In addition to motivational and continuing education seminars, Teresa also provides onsite training and education regarding Workers’ Compensation programs, Return To Work Programs and the coordination of benefits between Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans and Disabilities Act (ADA) and Workers’ Compensation programs.

Upon receiving her B.S. Degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, Teresa went directly into the insurance industry, quickly earned her Associates Degree in Claims, and became a Certified Insurance Counselor. She is a licensed insurance broker and a Certified Continuing Education Provider with the State of Oregon. She is also an instructor for the National Alliance for Workers’ Compensation and participates in trainings throughout the nation.

In her leisure time, Teresa enjoys photography, riding her horses and is an avid volunteer for Jimmy & Rosalyn Carter Habitat for Humanity Work Project.
